We know starting with a new dental practice can feel like a bigger deal than it should. You don't know the doctors yet. You're not sure what they'll find. You might be coming in after some time away and carrying a little guilt about that. We understand all of it — and none of it is a problem here.
How to Become a Patient
Step 1: Call Us or Request an Appointment Online
Getting started is simple. Call our office during business hours or send us a message through our website. Whether you're just needing to get established with a checkup and cleaning or having a dental emergency, our front desk team will find a time that works for you, answer any questions you have, and walk you through what to expect.
Step 2: Complete Your New Patient Paperwork
After your appointment is scheduled, we'll provide you with your new patient and health history forms. Completing these before your visit gives our doctors the full picture they need before they see you so your appointment starts on time and is as efficient as possible.
Step 3: Your First Appointment
Plan for approximately 2 hours. We reserve this time specifically for new patients because we don't rush. You'll receive a comprehensive exam of all teeth, gum health assessment, full mouth digital x-rays, an oral cancer screening, and one-on-one consultation with the dentist to talk about any health concerns or cosmetic goals you've been considering. When time allows, we complete your professional cleaning at the same visit so you leave with everything done in one appointment.
Note: Because a first-time appointment is longer, we schedule new patients no later than 3:00 PM on any given day. Once you're an established patient, your regular 6-month checkups and cleanings will be approximately 45–60 minutes. Emergency dental appointments for new or existing patients are approximately 30 minutes and prioritized to get you seen as soon as possible.
Step 4: You Leave with a Clear Plan
Before you leave, your doctor will walk you through exactly what was found, what they recommend, and what your options are. If treatment is recommended, we'll present a clear plan with costs, sequencing, and timeline. Our team will also help with any insurance and financing questions you may have.
Finding Us — Location & Parking
We are located at the corner of St. Louis Street and St. Peter Street in Gonzales, TX 78629. Free paved parking is available in the lot directly adjacent to the building. A sidewalk runs from the parking lot to our front door, accessible and easy for patients of all mobility levels.

Do you take my insurance?

We accept cash, check, debit cards, credit cards, HSA and FSA accounts, CareCredit, Cherry financing, insurance, and our membership plan.
Do you see children?
Yes — we welcome patients of all ages.
What if I have dental anxiety?

Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that life doesn't always cooperate with your calendar. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice whenever possible.
When an appointment opens up with enough advance notice, we can offer that time to another patient — often someone managing dental pain or waiting to begin treatment. Your consideration in giving us that notice is a kindness that reaches further than you might realize. We're grateful for it, and we always extend the same courtesy to you.
